NCS32100 Inductive Position Sensor

The block diagram shown in figure 1 describes the basic contents of the NCS32100. The NCS32100 is a multichip module contained in a single 5 mm x 5 mm package. The NCS32100 contains an internal oscillator for driving the primary sensor excitation coil, as well as demodulation circuitry for receiving.
