Integrated RAM for display data (DDRAM): 35 x 4 bits (Max. 140 Segment ) LCD driving port: 4 Common output, 35 Segment output.
Integrated Buffer AMP for LCD driving power supply.
Integrated Oscillator Circuit.
Support Blink Function (Blink Function 0.5, 1, 2Hz selection).
Integrated Power-On-Reset Circuit.
Display Duty: 1/4 BLOCK.
