Description

Features
* es of stripline with different characteristics impedances. The part with the lower RC serves to accomodate the collector lead of the transistor. C2 has a parasitic series inductance of appr. 1 nH which must be subtracted from L2’. The remaining part is split up in 2 equal pieces on both sides of C2.Applications
* For this purpose the transistors have to operate in class A. The transistors are encapsulated in a 1⁄4 inch capstan envelope with ceramic cap.
