* Three Current Limit Levels SGM2594A/AD: 1300 ± 100mA SGM2594B/BD: 2400 ± 160mA SGM2594C/CD: 3000 ± 200mA
* Input Voltage Range: 2.5V to 6V
* Quiescent Current: 28μA (TYP)
* Shutdown Current: 0.27μA (TYP)
* Soft-Start Func
