LIS3L02AQ3 MEMS INERTIAL SENSOR: 3-Axis - ±2g/±6g LINEAR ACCELEROMETER 1 .
The LIS3L02AQ3 is a low-power 3-Axis linear capacitive accelerometer that includes a sensing element and an IC interface able to take the information.
