5.0V and 3.3V constant voltage outputs composed of 2-hold mode charge pump boost circuit.
Built-in overload detection function for constant voltage output circuit. Overcurrent limit (70mA) operates with 1.5Ω external resistor. Constant voltage output after time-latch: OFF (100msec).
Reverse flow prevention func.
