SiT9386 AEC-Q100, 1 to 220 MHz Ultra-low Jitter Differential Oscillator .

SiT9386 Features

* AEC-Q100 Grade 2 temperature range (-40°C to 105°C). Grade 3 and 4 also available
* Any frequency between 1 MHz and 220 MHz, accurate to 6 decimal places. For frequency between 220 and 725 MHz, see SiT9387
* LVPECL, LVDS and HCSL output signaling types
* 0.23 ps RMS (typ) phase jit

SiT9386 Applications

* Automotive, and other high reliability electronics
