The SP3223U and SP3243U products are RS-232 transceiver solutions intended for portable or handheld applications such as notebook and palmtop computers. The "U" series is based on Sipex's SP3223/ SP3243 series and has been enhanced for high speed. The data rate is improved to 1000kbps, easily meetin.
