Description

The SKY87201-11 is a 2 MHz step-down converter with an input voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and output voltage as low as 0.6 V.

Output auto discharge when disabled.
VIN range: 2.7 V to 5.5 V.
Low-noise, light-load mode.
Low ripple power management mode.
Output voltage adjustable from 0.6 V to VIN.
No load quiescent current: 37 μA.
Up to 98% efficiency.
