UCD4066 QUAD BILATERAL SWITCH

The UTC UCD4066 is a quad bilateral switch which can be applied for switching of analog signals and digital signals. When control input CONT is set to “H” level, the impedance between input and output of the switch becomes low and when it is set to “L” level, the impedance becomes high. It has a muc.

* 15V Digital or ±7.5V Peak-to-Peak Switching

* 85-Ω Typical On-State Resistance for 15V Operation

* High noise immunity 0.45 VDD (typ.)

* Matched “ON” resistance ∆RON=5Ω (typ.) over 15V signal input

* High degree linearity 0.1% distortion (typ.) @ fIS=1kHz, VIS=5VP-P, VDD-VSS=5V
