MOC8111/MOC8112 Vishay Semiconductors Optocoupler, Phototransistor Output, No Base Connection .
The MOC8111/ MOC8112 is an optocoupler consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor.
