TFDU8108 Vishay Semiconductors Very Fast Infrared Transceiver Module (VFIR, 16 Mbit/s), Serial Interface Compatible, 2.7 V to 5.5 V Supply Voltage Ra.
The TFDU8108 transceiver is part of a family of lowpower consumption infrared transceiver modules compliant to the IrDA physical layer standard for VF.

* Compliant to the latest IrDA physical layer standard (Up to 16 Mbit/s) and TV Remote Control
* Compliant to the IrDA "Serial Interface Specification for Transceivers"
