The XL6002 is a high-performance, high-efficiency synchronous step-up (boost) DC-DC converter from Xlssemi. It is designed for various power supply applications requiring a high step-up voltage conversion with a wide input voltage range. The XL6002 has a built-in power MOSFET and is capable of delivering high output current while maintaining high efficiency. It.
The XL6002 is a 150KHz fixed frequency PWM buck / buck_boost LED driver, capable of driving a 2A load with high efficiency, low ripple and excellent line and load regulation. Requiring a minimum number of external components, the regulator is simple .
