XB4908AJL contains advanc ed power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. XB490 8AJL put into an ultra-small ESN4 packag e with simple ponents makes it an ide al solution in limited space of battery pack.
XB4908AJL has all the protection functio ns required in the battery application includ ing overcharging, over-discharging, overcu rrent and load short circuiting protection et c. The accurate overcharging detection volt age ensures safe and full utilization chargin g. The low standby current drains little curr ent from the cell while in storage.
The device is not only targeted for digital cellular phones, but also for any other Li-Io n and Li-Poly battery-powered information appliances requiring long-term battery life.
