XB4908VD One Cell Lithium-ion/Polymer Battery Protection IC GENERAL DESCRIPTION The XB4908VD product is a high integra tion solution for lithium-ion/polymer battery protection. XB4908VD contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage de tection circuits and delay circuits. XB4908 VD is put into an ultra-small ESN4 packag e and only one external component makes it an ideal solution in limited space of batte ry pack. XB4908VD has all the protection functio ns required in the battery application includ ing overcharging, over-discharging, overcu rrent and load short circuiting protection et c. The accurate overcharging detection volt age ensures safe and full utilization chargin g. The power-down current drains little curr ent from the cell while in storage.
