XB6536A One Cell Lithium-ion/Polymer Battery Protection IC

The XB6536A product is a high integration solution for lithiumion/polymer battery protection. XB6536A contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. XB6536A is put into an ultra-small DFN2X2-6 package and only one external component makes it an ideal sol.
