XR4981 SYNCHRONOUS BOOST CONTROLLER

XR4981 is a high efficiency synchronous boost controller that converts from 3V ~36V input range and up to 36V output voltage with an outside N-channel MOSFET for the synchronous switch. The XR4981 includes adjustable current limit, adjustable soft-start, adjustable compensation net and thermal shutd.
