The YB1901 is a low operation voltage, single N-channel MOSFET high-side power switch, optimized for low power consumption system.
Features
- include low in-rush current during plug-in, thermal shutdown to prevent switch failure from high-current loads, under-voltage lock-out to keep the chip off when below normal operation supply, a short-circuit protection to avoid grounded big current. The quiescent current needed to run the change-pump is as low as 60μA at 5V input. It makes the device ideal for portable battery operated system.
