The UIC4202 series is a solution made available in low cost package. It is based on a high-performance processor architecture that integrates many system-level functions , such as an 10/100Mbase Fast Ethernet MAC/PHY and controller, USB2.0 PHY and controller, efficient microcontroller, embedded ROM .
