Applications
The devices in this series consist of single/ dual/ quad independent single- or dual-supply voltage parators on a single monolithic substrate. The mon-mode input voltage range includes ground even when operated from a single supply, and the low power supply current drain makes these parators suitable for battery operation. These types are designed to directly interface with TTL and CMOS. Current drain is independent of the supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to other opencollector outputs to achieve wired-AND relationships.
