The TPH2861 is a high-speed, low-noise operational amplifier with high-speed BJT inputs, suitable for broadband cross resistance and voltage amplifier applications.
The device with 8-GHz GBP can achieve enough closedloop bandwidth even when the transimpedance is about several tens of kΩ in the wideband trans-impedance (TIA) applications.
The TPH2861 also has a large-signal bandwidth of 850 MHz (2 VPP), a slew rate of 2750 V/μs, and only 2.8 ns for overload recovery, making it suitable for high-speed pulse applications.
