The TPT3232E is IEC61000 ESD protected, 3.0V to 5.5V powered transceivers that meet the RS-232 standards for balanced munication. Each receiver converts TIA/RS-232 inputs to TTL/CMOS levels. The devices have a typical threshold of 1.25V, a typical hysteresis of 0.3V, and can accept ±15V inputs.
