The S-8215C Series is used for secondary protection of lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, which includes high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. Short-circuiting between cells makes it possible for serial connection of three cells to five cells.

Overcharge detection voltage n (n = 1 to 5):
2.700 V to 4.700 V (5 mV step)
Accuracy ±20 mV (Ta = +25°C)
