General Description

The A29800 is a 5.0 volt only Flash memory organized as 1048,576 bytes of 8 bits or 524,288 words of 16 bits each.

The A29800 offers the RESET function.

The 1024 Kbytes of data are further divided into nineteen sectors for flexible sector erase capability.
