ANADIGICS PD070-HL1
The PD070-HL1 is a high performance, low capacitance InGaAs photodiode with a photosensitive region 70μm in diameter. It has been specifically designed for low noise, high linearity analog optical receivers operating to 4GHz. DESCRIPTION
