The PD070-HL2 is a high performance, InGaAs photodiode with a photosensitive region 70μm in diameter.

It has been specifically designed for low noise, high linearity analog optical receivers operating to 3GHz.

Planar semiconductor design and dielectric passivation provide low noise performance.
