Description

The APW7079 is a compact, PFM mode, and step-up DC-DC converter with low quiescent current.

The internal synchronous rectifier reduces cost and PCB space by eliminating the need for an external Schottky diode.

Low on-resistance of the internal switches improves the efficiency up to 92%.
