General Description

APW7318 is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated 60m/37mΩ of upper/lower power MOSFET.

The APW7318 design with a COT-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 16V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 5V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.

The APW7318 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode operation.
