APW7313 Description
APW7313 is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated 110mΩ power MOSFETs. The APW7313 design with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 24V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.925V to 20V to provide excellent output voltage regulation. The APW7313 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode operation.
