General Description

APW7313 is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated 110mΩ power MOSFETs.

The APW7313 design with a current-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 24V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.925V to 20V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.
