General Description

APW7317 is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated 90m/56mΩ of upper/lower power MOSFET.

The APW7317 design with a COT-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 16V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 5V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.

The APW7317 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode operation.
