APW7316 Overview
APW7316 is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated 100m/70mΩ of upper/lower power MOSFET. The APW7316 design with a COT-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 16V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 5V to provide excellent output voltage regulation. The APW7316 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode operation.
