APW7322/A is a synchronous buck converters with integrated 85m Ω high side and 75m Ω low side power MOSFETs.

The APW7322/A with a current-mode control scheme can convert wide input voltage of 2.9V to 6V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 6V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.
