APW7410 Overview
APW7410 is a high-frequency 1A synchronous buck converter with integrated 75mΩ high side and 50mΩ low side power MOSFET. The APW7410, design with a COT control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 2.5V to 6V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.6V to 4V to provide excellent output voltage regulation. The APW7410 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode operation.
