APW7431 Overview
APW7431 is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated 60m/37mΩ of upper/lower power MOSFET. The APW7431 design with a COT-mode control scheme, can convert wide input voltage of 4.5V to 16V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.765V to 5V to provide excellent output voltage regulation. The APW7431 is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode operation.
