VDD Supply Voltage brushless motor applications. In DC fan applications, • High Sensitivity Hall Effect Sensor IC: ±25G(Type.) the APX9167A internal PWM will be enabled under 7.5V • Built-in Lock Protection and Auto Restart Function (typ.) VDD supply voltage for lower speed application. • Built-In Thermal Protection Circuit The device is built-in lock protection. When fan is locked, the device will enter the lock protection mode.
