AT30TS00 - Digital Temperature Sensor

General Description

The Atmel® AT30TS00 combines a temperature sensor, programmable overtemperature alarms, and a 2-wire I2C/SMBus compatible serial interface into single compact packages specifically designed for DRAM memory module applications.

However, the AT30TS00 is ideal for many other applications.
