SD42C1008 Description
The SD42C1008 is a microputer of the 4-bit single chip microputer SD42xx series which can match an 8-bit microputer in the data processing capability. The SD42C1008 can handle 1-bit, 4-bit, and 8-bit data as well as operates at high speed (minimum instruction execution time : 0.95us) it contains a LCD pannel controller/driver.
