General Description
The SD42C4404(4302) is a 4-bit single chip micro-computer having 4K(2K) bytes ROM and is designed with CMOS silicon gate technology.
The SD42C4404 includes such peripherals as various timers, A/D converter, serial communication interface, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry.
