VMMK-2203 Description
Avago Technologies has bined its industry leading E-pHEMT technology with a revolutionary wafer level package (WLP). The VMMK-2203 is an easy-to-use GaAs MMIC amplifier that offers excellent gain and noise figure from 0.9 to 11 GHz. The input and output are matched to 50 Ω so no external matching is needed.
