Description

The AP9963GI-HF-3 is in theTO-220CFM isolated through-hole package used for commercial and industrial applications, and is well-suited for low voltage applications such as DC/DC converters and motor drives. The TO-220CFM isolated through-hole package is often used where a small PCB footprint and/or isolation from an attached heatsink is required.
