HCPL-315J
Overview
The HCPL-315X consists of a LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. This optocoupler is ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications.

- 15 kV/µs Minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at VCM = 1500 V
- 1.0 V Maximum Low Level Output Voltage (VOL) Eliminates Need for Negative Gate Drive
- ICC = 5 mA Maximum Supply Current
- Under Voltage Lock-Out Protection (UVLO) with Hysteresis
- Wide Operating VCC Range: 15 to 30 Volts
- 0.5 µs Maximum Propagation Delay
- +/- 0.35 µs Maximum Delay Between Devices/Channels
- Industrial Temperature Range: -40°C to 100°C
