Features
The ESD5Z2.5/3.3/5.0/6.0/7.0/12 Series is designed to protect voltage sensitive ponents from ESD and transient voltage events. Excellent clamping capability, low leakage, and fast response time, make these parts ideal for ESD protection on designs where board space is at a premium.
The ESD5Z2.5/3.3/5.0/6.0/7.0/12 is available in SOD-523 Package.
