AiT Semiconductor Inc. www.ait-ic.com A6110A LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR 1A CMOS LOW NOISE WITH ENABLE PIN DESCRIPTION FEATURES The A6110A series are highly precise, low noise,  Output Voltage Range 1.5V to 5.0V (selectable positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using in 100mV steps) CMOS processes. The A6110A series achieves high  Highly Accurate ±2% ripple rejection and low dropout and consists of a  Dropout Voltage 50mV @ 100mA (3.0V type) standard voltage source, an error correction, current  High Ripple Rejection 60dB (1 kHz) limiter and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver  Low Power Consumption 30μA (TYP.) transistor. Output voltage is selectable in 100mV  Maximum Output Current: more than 1000mA increments within a range of 1.5V ~ 5.0V.
