It is PWM circuitry with built-in 0.05Ω  Internal Fixed PWM frequency: 1MHz power MOSFET make this regulator highly power  Precision Feedback Reference Voltage: 0.6V (±2%) efficient. The internal compensation network also  Internal 0.05Ω, 4.5A, 12V Power MOSFET minimizes as much as 6 external component counts.  Shutdown Current: 0.1μA The non-inverting input of error amplifier connects to  Over Temperature Protection a 0.6V precision reference voltage and internal  Over Voltage Protection soft-start function can reduce the inrush current.
