AT1397B Description
The AT1397A/B provide a plete power supply solution for digital cameras. They improve performance, ponent count, and size pared to other multi-channel controllers in 1-cell Li-Ion designs. On-chip MOSFETs provide up to 92~95% efficiency for critical power supplies, while additional channels operate with external FETs for optimum design flexibility.
