A6861 Description
The A6861 is an N-channel power MOSFET driver capable of controlling MOSFETs connected as a three-phase solid-state relay in phase-isolation applications. The A6861 is intended for automotive systems that must meet ASIL requirements. In safety-critical applications, motor isolation is a critical safety requirement which is currently addressed with discrete circuitry or relays.
