APS12230 Description
The APS12200, APS12210, and APS12230 are three-wire, planar Hall-effect sensor integrated circuits (ICs). These devices were developed in accordance with ISO 26262:2011 and support a functional safety level of ASIL A. This family of precision Hall-effect latch ICs.
