The CT813x series of omnipolar tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) digital switches are designed for consumer and industrial applications.

The devices are based on Allegro patented XtremeSense™ TMR technology with integrated CMOS process to provide a monolithic solution for superior sensing performance.
