Description

The CT815x series of tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) analog sensors (with option for digital latch output) are designed for consumer and industrial applications.

Features

Sensitivity and magnetic field range:.
S = 5 mV/V/G, BANA = ±80 G.
Analog output mode current consumption: ~1.3 µA.
Current consumption in digital output only: ~150 nA @ VDD = 1.8 V and fS = 12.5 Hz.
Supply voltage range: 1.7 to 5.5 V.
Sensor polarity: omnipolar.
Sample and hold analog output @ fS = 100 Hz.
Dual analog and digital output operation capability.
Digital output is push-pull.
Undervoltage locko.
