The AOZ23695QI is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/DC synchronous buck regulators capable of operation from a 4V to 28V input bus.

Wide input voltage range - 4V to 28V.
Support Intel ITDC up to 25A.
Support Intel ICCMAX up to 50A.
2 bits programmable output voltage adjustable from 0V to 1.8V.
Integrated high performance trench MOSFETs capable of : - High peak current - Up to 90A with 10ms on pulse - Up to 120A with 10μs on pulse - Low RDS(ON) internal NFETs - 5mΩ high-side - 1.6mΩ low-side.
